Who can join?
The platform is for adults 18 and older only. Each user must create their own profile and upload a real photo to participate.
Why is a photo required?
A photo helps reduce empty or fake profiles. Initial photos may appear while under review, and new photos require manual approval.
Who pays for membership?
Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mommies have premium features for messaging and additional tools. Sugar Babies and Sugar Boys can use the platform for free.
How do matches work?
A match is created when two compatible profiles like each other. After that, the conversation becomes available according to each role membership rules.
Can I report another user?
Yes. From another member profile you can send a report so the admin team can review the situation and take action if needed.
What happens if I pause my account?
Your profile and activity stop showing temporarily. When you sign in again, your account can reactivate without losing history.
What happens if I delete my account?
Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, likes, matches and activity.
How do I contact the team?
Use the help center to send a complaint, suggestion or support request. The message will appear in the admin panel for follow-up.
